Cancellation Policy

Our prestigious customers are entitled to cancel and get a refund for the prepaid cancelled orders only before the order is dispatched.
The customer can cancel the order by contacting us either on our mail id –info@indiankitchen.co or on our customer care number prior a day before the shipping date.

Note:
1) The order cannot get cancelled if it has been shipped
2) Shipping period will be 48 hrs after the receipt of the confirmed order.
3) Orders will only be termed as cancelled upon receiving intimation 12 hrs prior the shipment        date.
3) Shipping Fees will not be refundable.
4)The amount will be refunded to the customer’s respective bank account within 7 working days
  from the date of cancellation
